Warranty on the Bagpipe Cradle

The wood cradle warranty is lifetime! We guarantee it against cracks, splitting and joint separation under normal use for life. We will repair or replace the cradle under normal warranty conditions.

We will not warranty the wood cradle if it falls to the ground, is struck, etc. We will make every attempt to work with our customers to repair or replace the cradle at a discount rate if an accident occurs.

The metal stand warranty is one year .  We purchase this stand from the music industry and modify to our specs.  This is a heavy duty stand designed to hold over 100lbs.  We chose this model for it's strength and ease of use. We will repair or replace the metal stand under normal warranty conditions.

Small parts are available. They are also available at your local hardware store (i.e. bolts, screws, nuts).
